The purpose of this website is to support freelance teachers, trainers or coaches and those considering starting as freelance teachers, trainers or coaches.
The content of this website, including information, tools and links, is provided free of charge and is intended to be helpful to the widest range of freelance businesses.
The Author will do her best to ensure that content on this site is accurate and up to date, and to address any errors or omissions as soon as they are identified, however:

6. Access to Freelance Teachers – Training website
The Author will do her utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. 10. FTT Shop Orders
When you place an order to purchase a product from the FTT Shop, your order represents an offer to the Author to purchase a product which is accepted by her when she sends e-mail confirmation to you that she’s dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time she sends the e-mail confirmation to you.
11. FTT Shop and Customs
When ordering goods from the FTT website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; the Author has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from the FTT website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to the Author and she knows that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. The Author would like her international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
12. Children
The Author does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you may use FT-Training.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
13. User accounts, ID and password
To register with this site or to use certain services (e.g. The Nest) and tools, you will need to hold an existing online member account or to register for a User ID and password.
Your User ID and password are very important pieces of information and it is your responsibility to keep them secure. You agree to:
- choose a new Password whenever you are required to do so
- keep your User ID and password confidential
- be responsible for any transactions made by users you have authorised to use your User ID and Password
If you suspect your User ID and password has been or may be used by unauthorised persons you must notify the Author immediately using the Contact Me Form.
You are responsible for the management of information in your account. The Author cannot be held responsible for the content of communications between you and third parties when using the private message toolbox in your account.
The Author reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at her discretion.
14. Data protection, security and virus protection
No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. While the Author strives to protect such information, the Author does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to her. Accordingly, such transmission is at your own risk.
