Copy the six steps below so that you can paste it directly in your Taking Action Plan when you start up a new post.

Step 1: Name your goal.
Step 2: List what you'll do. Keep it restricted to 2-3 things.
Step 3: List how you intend to do it.
Step 4: List how much time you'll spend on it daily x 30 days (this is very important)
Step 5: What resources you have/ What help or information you need.
Step 6: Start date/finish date.

Remember a group helps more than ever.

The "Taking Action" forum is not only to meet business goals, it can also be used to make personal goals, such as getting fit or teaching your children a new skill. You can plan for all aspects of your life, not just your work life.

If you're focused, we can help keep you focused. And again, no one is judging you. This is a SAFE zone. Doing stuff alone is a half-baked idea. Do it in a group and the wisdom of the group is far more beneficial. So start a project here, no matter how terrified you feel. At least you'll get moving, instead of procrastinating forever.

One of the biggest reasons why people fail is the lack of momentum. So jump in, write your post, and work together to generate momentum and support. If you don't do it every day, or nearly every day,  you can forget becoming outstanding at anything. You'll always be mediocre. Not average but mediocre.

So what is your next step?

Copy the six steps above so that you can paste it directly in your Taking Action Plan when you start up a new post.

Then post a daily update either first thing every morning, or the last thing before you go to bed. Remember no one is judging you. You need to do this for your own success. And we're here to help you. The more you post, the more you'll be motivated to do something. As you know already, nothing like external deadlines to keep you focused.

Note:

In your daily posts you can have:
1) What I did today (the task I'm doing for 30 days)
2) What I learned today as a result of doing the above.
3) My thoughts (on the above)

And anything else you feel relevant to the exercise. Smile
